Mushrooms

In autumn, you can search for mushrooms in the estate’s woods: these precious products of the earth, whose deliciousness captivates hundreds of enthusiasts who wake up at dawn to search for them.
The Ovada and Acquese areas are renowned for hunting porcini, ovuli, and chanterelle mushrooms. It takes great determination, a lot of patience, a good pair of boots, and a wicker basket.
Those who enjoy spending time with others searching for these “treasures” should be familiar with them and know which ones to look for and pick. Those who simply want to do so to fill a slightly boring day should be extra careful.
The El Bric Association accompanies guests of Fabbrica in Collina on their foraging trips along the property’s woodland trails, and, thanks to its expert mycologists, will help them examine the mushrooms they’ve collected.
Activities are scheduled during the week, from Monday morning to Saturday morning.
Overnight, wake up at dawn to watch the rising sun, have breakfast, and everyone’s ready to head into the woods. Upon your return, salami and wine will be waiting for you.
