It’s a day of celebration for lovers of the Piedmont region and its traditions. With great pride and a touch of emotion, we announce that the “El Bric” association and the “Le Caciole” association have entered into a historic partnership. Two organizations driven by the same passion for the excellence of Monferrato have joined forces to further enhance our land and its treasures.

This precious alliance was officially consecrated on the weekend of March 21-22, 2026, at “La Fabbrica in Collina” in Prasco-Cremolino. An event that, as announced in the attached poster, was a true triumph of experiences, flavors, and sharing.

An Unforgettable Weekend: Truffles, Hunting, and Tradition

“La Fabbrica in Collina” in Prasco-Cremolino, an enchanting location surrounded by nature, provided the backdrop for two days packed with activities that captivated the hearts of all participants.

Truffle Hunting: An Art to Learn and Admire

The weekend began with truffle hunting, one of Monferrato’s greatest passions. On Saturday morning, the talented Lara Tarnold gave an engaging lesson, introducing participants to the secrets of this ancient art. In the afternoon, attendees had the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the estate’s private truffle ground, accompanied by their handlers and their tireless Lagottos. An authentic and emotional experience, where the synergy between man and dog led to unforgettable discoveries.

Sunday Competition and Lunch at “La Vetta”

On Sunday morning, the competitive tension rose with the “truffle ring competition.” This was an opportunity for participants to test their skills and those of their dogs in a stimulating and fun environment. After the awards ceremony, a well-deserved lunch at the “La Vetta” restaurant delighted everyone with traditional Piedmontese dishes.

Excellence at the Table: A Journey Through Piedmontese Flavors

Taste wasn’t just a side dish, but the true protagonist of the weekend. Saturday evening’s “Typical Piedmontese Dinner at the Estate” was an unforgettable culinary experience, with dishes that showcased the authentic flavors of our region. Attendees enjoyed perfectly cooked agnolotti and classic bollito misto (mixed boiled meats) served in iconic terracotta jugs. A carefully set table, where laughter and toasts created a warm, convivial atmosphere.

Ready for the Autumn Edition: November in Prasco

The partnership between “El Bric” and “Le Caciole” doesn’t stop there. This successful weekend is just the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration. We’re already working on organizing the next event, which will also be held at “La Fabbrica in Collina” in Prasco-Cremolino in November.
